I have a Philips digital frame and am having a hard time getting the pictures to read from the memory card. I am using a digital reader to upload the pictures from computer to memory card. Only certain pictures can be viewed. If I view the memory card on the computer, I see all of them. When I view the memory card on the frame, I can't see all of the images. I think it may have something to do with "progressive" vs. "baseline" (based on internet research), but I don't know how to determine this status. Please help!! This is a Christmas present! Thanks!!

If you have Photoshop you can easily check whether the JPG is progressive or baseline by doing as “Save As” you will then be given an option of whether you want the file to be Progressive or Baseline (along with quality level). If you do not have Photoshop you could perhaps try GIMP, which is also very powerful.
